I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the amenities at the resort were nice, the conditions in the room were quite disappointing, with worn furniture and cleanliness issues. The location directly on the beach made for a fun and convenient vacation, but the lack of attention to detail in the accommodations really took away from the experience.

Our stay at Sterling Reef was quite enjoyable overall, thanks to the lovely pools and the beautiful beach nearby. The staff at the customer service desk were particularly impressive, always eager to help out. However, we faced some challenges with the elevators, which were quite slow, and parking was a bit tight for our vehicle. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but those minor inconveniences kept it from being perfect.
